We finished brewing late in the evening on August 24th. We brewed using a proprietary lager yeast and a German pils malt. And while we rushed to get the freshest hops to our kettle, there was no way we were going to rush brewing this remarkable beer. By the first week of October our brewers were happily sampling from the tanks, toasting to our wonderful hops farmers and friends in Bavaria and to the marvels of intercontinental travel and to the wonders of traditional brewing.
